Shipping policy

At Trini Trim, we currently ship orders within the United States only.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that processing times are estimates only and may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, high-volume periods, severe weather, or carrier-related delays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Available shipping methods, shipping rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control.

4. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Trini Trim is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at heytrinitrim@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once the order has entered processing.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details once your package has been dispatched.

6. Packages Marked as Delivered

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we may treat that carrier confirmation as proof of delivery.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the carrier directly and check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the delivery location.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or not delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we may request supporting information, including photos of the package, shipping label, and product received.

If the carrier confirms loss, damage, or non-delivery, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Carrier Delays and Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, service interruptions, inaccurate addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control.
